Introducing Vegetables to your Kids

Add a bit of green, orange, yellow, etc to to your little ones meals, I guess you guys are wondering what those colors are, these are beautiful colors of veggies.
Transform an ordinary meal into an extraordinary healthy choice.

A 2 mins noodles for instance can be made into a special delicacy with the addition of mixed veggies such as carrots, green peas, green beans, sweet corn and garnished with some hard boiled eggs.

Include veggies in their lunch box, carrots and cucumber make a very good snack, add a Mabisco cookies to reward them for eating up their veggies, and make them understand the cookies are only but a treat.

Blend the veggies into smoothies, or add to soups. You can also add them to your favorite muffin.

Teach them the benefits of eating veggies, and show by example, kids are great copy cats.

Don’t get disappointed if all they do is pick out the veggies, remember consistency develops great habits.

Remember everyone can be a mom, but it takes extra effort to be a super mom.

    I’ll give the smoothie and muffin option a try. I’ve tried offering carrots but not a favourite here , but thanks for the tips
